My recent stay at the Springhill Suites Hartford Airport/Windsor Locks was an unforgettable experience, filled with both highs and lows. the staff at check-in were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to assist with dinner reservations and shuttle services to the airport, showcasing a level of detail and care that surpasses even pricier hotels. the seamless communication between the lovely morning staff, who effortlessly coordinated my shuttle pick-up, truly impressed me. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a few setbacks, such as the cold pool water and delays in room cleaning and check-in. Despite these challenges, the responsive front desk staff promptly addressed issues like non-functional lights in my room, ensuring a comfortable stay overall. the hotel's diverse amenities including a snack bar/deli, a 24-hour gym, and a business center added convenience and value to my visit. the property's proximity to Bradley International Airport and nearby attractions like Phelps-Hatheway House & Garden made it an ideal choice for both business travelers and tourists alike. the complimentary buffet breakfast served daily was a delightful start to each morning.
